We will contact you to schedule delivery on your preferred day. Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 17:00. Once the machine has been dispatched we will send the tracking details and contact number for the depot delivering your machine.
If you require delivery on a Saturday or wish to specify a timed, AM or PM delivery this can be arranged with our couriers for an additional fee.
Typically delivery takes around 7-10 days from ordering however, at peak times this can vary so we would urge you to contact us before placing an order if you require a machine to be delivered at short notice.
Machines are delivered by a national courier to the address only. If you require the machine to be brought into a certain area within your property or setup, please contact us for a quotation - this is only possible to areas within a 2hr drive from our location (Canterbury, CT3 4JH)
If you are using the jukebox for your own personal use you will not need to pay for a music license however depending on the model of jukebox you may need to subscribe to music updates for the jukebox to continue to operate
If you are making music available to the public you will need to pay for a PPL PRS music license. The price will be dependent on the venue and any other use of music on the premises.

All jukeboxes are updated by paying a subscription to the manufactures update service. These updates provide new tracks to the jukebox and they cannot be customised
Some jukeboxes have mandatory updates meaning that if the Jukebox isn't updated (normally for a period of 30 days) it will stop operating. The jukeboxes that can be operated without updating are listed with 'Optional Updates' and these boxes will continue to operate without receiving updates.
The updates cost vary depending on type. The following is a rough guide the weekly charges (excluding VAT)
Home use jukeboxes (Around 30 New Tracks per month) £6.00
Standard Pub Update - Catalogue of around 30,000 + 15 new tracks per week £12.00
Download on demand (1 Million+ Tracks & Chart Updates) £15.00
Video Add On provides around 5,000 music videos for an additional £6.00 per week
We recommend connecting Jukeboxes to the internet via a LAN cable or Wi-Fi so they can automatically benefit from updates as soon as they are released however, there are options for the updates to be posted on a USB memory stick for an additional fee.
Our machines are fully refurbished to the highest standard. If your machine develops a fault we will provide telephone & email and parts support for a period of 5 years from purchase.
We have sold thousands of machines online to both the trade and the public since 2002. We have extensive experience in assisting customers who have little to no experience of previously owning their own jukebox.
Should your machine require a part to be replaced this will be dispatched and the old part collected free of charge within the first 30 days from delivery.
After the first 30 days we will supply any parts at our cost price for a period of 5 years after the date of purchase.
If you are unable to resolve an issue you can return the jukebox for repair and we will not charge for any labour for the repair.
This warranty excludes repair or replacement of parts damaged due to vandalism or misuse.
