We will contact you to schedule delivery on your preferred day. Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 17:00. Once the machine has been dispatched we will send the tracking details and contact number for the depot delivering your machine.
If you require delivery on a Saturday or wish to specify a timed, AM or PM delivery this can be arranged with our couriers for an additional fee.
Typically delivery takes around 7-10 days from ordering however, at peak times this can vary so we would urge you to contact us before placing an order if you require a machine to be delivered at short notice.
Machines are delivered by a national courier to the address only. If you require the machine to be brought into a certain area within your property or setup, please contact us for a quotation - this is only possible to areas within a 2hr drive from our location (Canterbury, CT3 4JH)
If your machine develops a fault we will provide telephone & email and parts support for a period of 5 years from purchase.
We have a vast collection of videos to assist in resolving most issues and have sold thousands of machines online to both the trade and the public since 2002. We have extensive experience in assisting customers who have little to no previous experience in owning a quiz machine.
Should your machine require a part to be replaced this will be dispatched and the old part collected free of charge within the first 30 days from delivery. After this we will supply any parts at cost capped £75+VAT & Carriage charge regardless of what needs to be swapped to resolve a major fault.
If you are unable to resolve an issue you can return the machine for repair. We will not charge for any labour and any parts required will be supplied at cost.
This warranty excludes repair or replacement of parts damaged due to vandalism or misuse.
Home Use If you are looking to purchase a machine for personal use home use you will not require any form of license or permit
Commercial Use If you are looking to make the machine available for use by the public you will need:
1. Gaming Machine Permit - If the machine has the Casino & Arcade gaming zones active it will be classed as a gaming machine and you will need to obtain a permit from your local council's licensing team. If the machine is operated with only the quiz and megatouch zones a permit won't be required.
2. Registration for MGD (Machine Games Duty). All machines where players can receive a cash prize are subject to MGD regardless if this is through chance or skill. The revenue is however exempt from VAT if your business is registered.

When you purchase a quiz machine you will have the option of purchasing a dongle. There is no way for the machine to operate without a dongle, even if it is purchased for home use or on free play.
The software manufacturers/developers are paid for the use, development and royalties of the games installed based on their use.
One credit is deducted for every 50p played i.e. 5 x 10p Arcade Zone games played = 1 Credit & 1 x £1 Quiz Game Played = 2 Credits. In short, around 8% of the money that goes into the machine goes back to the manufacturer.
When the dongle is running low a message will appear during boot-up warning the credits are low with the remainder showing. The machine has a 600 credit buffer meaning that the machine will continue to operate until the credits have reached -600 and at this point, the machine will not function until the dongle has been replaced. Once a new dongle has been fitted any credits used in the buffer will be deducted from the replacement.

Yes, When you purchase the machine we can fit it with a free play dongle. You can also purchase a free play from our website to allowing you to convert your machine to operate without cash.
The machines do not require any form of internet connection. Machines purchased from our website will be supplied on version 14 was released in March 2023 . This was the last update for the paragon quiz machine range. If you have a machine running an older update version you can purchase the latest version using the link below
If you have a spare USB memory stick you can download the software free of charge directly from the manufactures Games Warehouse following the steps below:
1. Click Here to visit the Games Warehouse download area.
2. Download the latest paragon update onto a computer with a USB drive.
3. Extract the download to an empty USB memory stick/flash drive.
4. Switch the quiz machine on with all doors open.
5. Once the machine has fully loaded it prompts you to press the test switch.
6. On the first screen, you should see ‘Load Update’ press this and follow the on-screen prompts
7. As soon as the machine starts to reboot unplug the USB memory stick/flash drive. The update should now be complete
