  • Technical Support & Repair Enquiries
    If you have purchased a machine from us you are welcome to contact us for help at any point. If you have purchased your machine elsewhere we are happy for you to make use of our free technical support videos but do not offer free email or telephone support. If you have a machine requiring repair and would like a price for an engineer visit our pricing can be calculated as follows: We charge £75+VAT per hour and this needs to cover the cost of our engineer travelling from our base in Canterbury, Kent CT3 4JH, time spent repairing the machine, parts costs and time travelling from your location back to our base. We do not make any additional charge for travel/fuel costs. An example is shown below based on a call one hour from our base Travel 60 mins £75.00, Repair Time 30 mins £37.50, Parts £25.00 & Return Travel 60 mins £75.00 Sub Total £212.50, VAT £42.50, Total Repair £255.00
  • Do we purchase second-hand machines?
    Fruitmachinesales.co.uk has been set up as a subsidiary of our main business as a rental company. We purchase all our equipment new and operate it across our rental estate. The website's sole purpose is as an outlet for our ex-rental machines. Unfortunately, we do not purchase any used equipment.
  • Delivery & Collection Information
    We only sell and deliver goods inside the UK and use a variety of delivery methods. We normally dispatch any items ordered before 14:00 on the same day Parts Orders Delivery is calculated based on the products weight. Small items will have the option of either 1-2 Day service starting from £7.50+VAT or a 2-3 Day service starting from £5+VAT Larger items are normally palletised and the delivery charge is fixed at £70+VAT. The delivery timescales will depend on the type of equipment ordered Gaming Machines 4-5 Days Quiz Machines & Jukeboxes 7-10 Days If you are interested in purchasing a machine and would like to view, purchase and take away this may be possible however this will need to be by prior arrangement so we can ensure the machine is prepped beforehand.
