Your technical enquiry will be handled by our head of technical with over thirty years of experience in the coin operated machine industry.
 
If you have a machine requiring repair and would like a price for an engineer visit our pricing can be calculated as follows:
 
We charge £75+VAT per hour and this needs to cover the cost of our engineer travelling from our base in Canterbury, Kent CT3 4JH, time spent repairing the machine, parts costs and time travelling from your location back to our base.
 
We do not make any additional charge for travel/fuel costs. An example is shown below based on a call one hour from our base
